Age Requirements

Minimum age: 21 years
Maximum age at loan maturity: 65 years (salaried) / 70 years (self-employed)

Income Requirements

Minimum net monthly income: ₹25,000 for salaried individuals
Minimum annual income: ₹3 lakhs for self-employed

Employment Status

Salaried: Minimum 2 years of work experience
Self-employed: Minimum 3 years in business/profession

Credit Score

Minimum CIBIL score: 650
Good credit history with no defaults in the last 12 months

Property Requirements

Property should be in approved locations
Clear title and valid property documents required
